Personal Liberation and Social Transformation. Using the elements as our teachers we explore the relationship between our personal liberation and social transformation. 

Feeling the duality of heat/fire and cold/ice we embark on an inquiry with our elemental allies.  What are we passionate about? What ignites us? What do we fear? What freezes us?  How can the metaphors of the elements help us understand ourselves and inform our actions?

Come sit with the elements, practice basic meditation skills, and discuss how meditation can be used to strengthen our connection between self and society.
